Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms", or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and bw444 ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your use of the bw444 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, payment systems, bonuses, promotions, and any other services offered by bw444. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing a wager on bw444, you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation.

Player Eligibility

Registration and use of bw444 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. bw444 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bw444 operates a strict minimum age policy and complies with applicable age verification requirements.
• 2You must be a human individual (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• 3You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or associate of bw444 or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or game providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• 4You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by bw444 or any third-party responsible gaming body. If you have previously self-excluded from bw444 and your exclusion period is still active, you are not permitted to create a new account or access the platform.
• 5You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bw444 is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate account information provided by a player.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of bw444 services, players must register a single account using accurate personal information. The following rules apply to all bw444 accounts.

• 1Each player is permitted to hold only one bw444 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• 2Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. bw444 recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• 3bw444 will process all transactions and communications using the contact details and payment method details registered on the account. It is the player's responsibility to keep this information current and accurate. bw444 is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from outdated contact information.
• 4As a condition of withdrawal processing and as required by applicable KYC regulations, bw444 may at any time request that a player provide one or more of the following documents: government-issued national ID card, passport, driving licence, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement), or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
• 5bw444 accounts are personal to the registered player and must not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account to a third party renders the account subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Players who believe their account has been compromised must notify bw444 support immediately. bw444 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials or has shared them with a third party.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

bw444 supports multiple payment methods suited to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and international card payments. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the bw444 platform.

• 1All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. bw444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or anonymous payment sources. Deposits made from unverified sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• 2Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's bw444 account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. bw444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 3Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. bw444 targets processing of withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within 10 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or maintenance.
• 4bw444 reserves the right to apply a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit. Current withdrawal limits are displayed in the player's account cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Players with VIP status may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits subject to approval.
• 5bw444 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All players and transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. bw444 reserves the right to suspend transactions, request additional documentation, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bw444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• 1Welcome bonuses and all other promotional offers are available to eligible players who meet the criteria specified in the relevant promotion's terms. bw444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• 2Bonus funds are non-transferable and non-cashable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional period specified. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited automatically.
• 3bw444 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion and to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, use of automated software, or any other activity that bw444 determines in its sole discretion to constitute unfair exploitation of a promotional offer.
• 4Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The maximum withdrawable amount derived from free spin winnings may be capped as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bw444 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant legal authorities.

• 1Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to card-counting software, prediction tools, or RNG manipulation tools.
• 2Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to defraud bw444 or to artificially influence the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the platform.
• 3Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the bw444 platform as a vehicle for transferring illegally obtained funds.
• 4Making false, misleading, or defamatory statements about bw444, its staff, its partners, or other players, whether on the bw444 platform, on social media, or through any other communication channel.
• 5Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the bw444 platform infrastructure, including its software, databases, security systems, or payment processing systems. Any suspected security vulnerabilities must be reported to bw444 support and must not be exploited.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

Intellectual Property

All content published on the bw444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bw444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bw444 name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of bw444. No part of the bw444 platform or its content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of bw444.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bw444 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) scrape, copy, or republish any bw444 content; (b) create derivative works based on the bw444 platform; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; or (d) frame or mirror any portion of the bw444 platform without express written authorisation from bw444.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bw444's liability to any player is limited as set out below. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bw444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• 1bw444 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the bw444 platform, whether caused by platform downtime, technical errors, payment processing delays, or any other cause outside bw444's direct control.
• 2bw444 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or malicious code, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. bw444 shall not be liable for any technical failure of a third-party payment provider, game provider, telecommunications network, or internet service provider that affects a player's ability to access or use the platform.
• 3Where bw444 is found liable to a player by a court of competent jurisdiction, bw444's maximum aggregate liability to that player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bw444 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments, Disputes, and Governing Law

bw444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a later date is specified. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file where practicable.

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, bonus calculation, or any other matter relating to a player's account, the player should contact bw444 support in the first instance. bw444 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. bw444's records of all transactions and game outcomes shall be conclusive evidence in any dispute resolution process, unless a manifest error is demonstrated.
